Green Company Registry Terms of Use

Agreement To Terms:
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY SELECTING THE "ACCEPT" OPTION YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER COMPANY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST SELECT "DECLINE" AND YOU WILL NOT BE REGISTERED.

Fee For Use:
Basic registration is free.

Company Information:
The company information must be valid and verifiable. You must be the business owner or authorized agent of the company in which the registration is being sought.

Membership Number:
You will be assigned a registration number upon verification of information you have submitted.

Membership Start Date: Membership officially starts the day registration is approved.

Contract Length: Membership is year to year service. The year ending date is the last day of the month of the month prior to membership approval (ex. membership approved 18th of September, the year end date is 31st of August).

Cancellation Of Membership:
Membership may be cancelled by Member Company’s agent with 20 (twenty) day written notice prior to renewal of membership or by logging in to your account and canceling . The effective date of cancellation is the last day of the membership year unless otherwise specified in cancellation notice.

Termination By Green Company Registry:
Green Company Registry may, without notice, terminate any account that violate these terms, any city state and/or Federal laws

Prohibited Conduct By Members:
Any and all members shall not participate in any activity that:
is potentiallyoffensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
harasses or advocates harassment of another person or animals;
exploits people in a sexual or violent manner;
contains nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website;
solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
publicly posts information that poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person;
constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading;
promotes illegal activities or conduct;
activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
involves the transmission of unsolicited mass mailing or spam;
solicits passwords or personal identifying information for unlawful purposes;
violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person;

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Costs:
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wisconsin, without regard to Wisconsin's conflict or choice of law provisions.

Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent any express or implied restrictions are not permitted by applicable laws, these express or implied restrictions shall remain in force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by such applicable laws.

Changes To Terms:
Terms may, from time to time, change. Although we will try to inform members of changes via email, it is your responsibility to log into your account to make sure there has been no changes posted in the account information.  All changes will be posted at least 10 days prior to effectiveness, when possible.
